請教IF函數問題

各位好，
IF大致用法為：IF(條件判斷式,成立時,不成立時)，
那麼，
如果今天我想要讓條件為如下：
『如果A1儲存格是介於90到100之間，是的話顯示YES，不是的話顯示NO』
可以輸入=if(and(90

問題來了...曾經試過=if(90<A1<100,YES,NO)，
可是卻沒反應，EXCEL會不管A1是多少直接顯示NO，
我想知道為什麼不能寫成上述這樣...

還請大家解答了，或是麻煩提供相關知識的關鍵字讓我爬文...
