安全考量 基隆婉拒高雄小鴨

黃色小鴨重現又有變數，原本高雄市政府已經答應商借小鴨給基隆主辦單位，但基隆市議長黃景泰剛才發表一份聲明表示，非常感謝高雄市政府陳菊市長同意商借高雄小鴨，但他們在詢問製造廠商大氣層公司後，認為基於安全考量，怕爆裂情勢再次發生，恐怕會傷及高雄小鴨，覺得可能不適宜在基隆再次展出，婉拒了高雄市的好意。

因此今晚小鴨恐怕無法陪大家一起跨年了，基隆市政府為了協助彌補，緊急決定製作「祈願牆」，讓民眾一起祈願，祈禱基隆小鴨儘速修補後，趕快回到港區見客。
