違規遭取締母子辱警　均判拘20天獲緩刑

【張欽／台北報導】新北市羅姓男子2013年9月間無照騎機車載母又沒戴安全帽，在新店北新路、中華路口遭警攔查開罰單，母子竟不滿先後飆罵警員「幹你娘」、「靠北」，台北地院以2人均罹患憂鬱症且坦承犯行，依公然侮辱罪各判拘役20天，得易科罰金、緩刑2年，全案可再上訴。

判決指出，羅母到案後辯稱罵三字經是口頭禪，羅男則稱是不滿警員對母親的態度，一時衝動才出言罵人，母子均稱罹患重度憂鬱症，並出具殘障手冊，但法官認定母子當時有辨識能力，考量均坦承犯行，也沒有前科，因此均宣告緩刑。
