2014年第1天韓國就有好消息傳出，少女時代潤娥與當紅的李昇基雙方承認交往4個月。其實李昇基2009年在節目上談理想型對象時就選了潤娥，到了2011年稱理想對象還是她，甚至在節目上大膽向潤娥當面告白：「我喜歡潤娥，喜歡死了！」讓潤娥害羞不已。如今2人宣布在一起，換算一下李昇基暗戀潤娥5年終於美夢成真。
