索馬利亞海盜 劫船零成功

海盜活動為航商營運隱憂，令人髮指索馬利亞海盜劫持商船事件擬趨緩，據統計，去（二○一三）年劫船成功案件幾乎為零，儘管如此航商不可掉以輕心，另位於法屬圭亞那地區崛起新勢力，宜提高警覺。

根據歐盟海軍公佈最新數據，去年起，索馬利亞海盜成功劫持商船案件為零。但歐盟海軍警告，索馬利亞海盜仍有劫船能力，活動從未停歇，過往商船仍需保持警惕。

索海盜活動高峰期為二○一○年，共成功劫船四十七艘，此後案件數量不斷減少，二○一一年為二十五艘，二○一二年僅五艘。

另，法屬圭亞那位於南美洲北部大西洋邊，與巴西和蘇里南交界，當地沿海港區有船隻出沒，趁夜登船攻擊，目標多為船用物料，航行船隻注意提高警覺。
