男子縱火連燒三屋警方清查監視器畫面逮人

花蓮市去年9月發生連棟木造房遭人縱火焚燬，警方循線找到涉案的江姓男子到案，宣佈破案。男子表示，當時因為心情不好，才在暗巷內找一部重機燒車出氣，卻沒想到引發大火，一發不可收拾。

警方表示，去年9月在花蓮市仁愛街火警，造成1棟木造平房全毀、2棟半毀及1輛重機車燒成廢鐵，警消動員大批人力才將火勢撲滅，經鑑識小組及警方聯手調查，鎖定44歲有多項竊盜、縱火前科的江姓男子涉有重嫌，但他因為涉及竊盜罪在花蓮監獄服刑，警方從監獄將他帶回偵訊，偵訊時警方因為出示從他住屋處起出他當時犯案時的衣服，男子才坦承犯案。員警花了三個月細心調閱路口監視器畫面，才得以破案。

江姓男子說，當時心情不好，找朋友喝酒沒想到發生口角不歡而散，返家途中行經案發地點，於是拿起隨身打火機點燃一旁的機車坐墊，沒想到火勢從此愈燒愈旺，最後一發不可收拾。幸好當時沒有人員傷亡。
