急!新的手機號碼發現之前已有人註冊line了，該如何處理??

前些日子辦了張中華電信的如意卡，今日開通使用，也告知好友這個門號我會使用到，但今日好友說這個號碼所帶出的line用戶卻不是我本人，而是另外一位陌生人??用別的電話打我這支號碼，手機一樣會響。

打電話到中華電信客服說它們那邊的紀錄現在使用所有人是我沒錯，但他們無法追溯這支門號之前是否有人使用過。line給對方亦無回應。

如果之前有人使用這支門號也註冊了LINE ，那後面再來使用的用戶不就不能再用這支號碼再申請LINE了嗎?這樣不是很不公平嗎?有何方法能夠處理?
