【動新聞】年初三不喝酒　男拜年喝湯嗆死

台中市1名梁姓板模工人(男，45歲)前天到宋姓友人家拜年，準備吃午飯時，梁當時告訴眾人說，「酒喝太多了，宿醉，今天喝湯就好。」未料一口清湯入喉竟嗆到嘔吐，送醫不治。檢警昨天相驗，研判喝湯嗆到，引發急性心肺衰竭身亡。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，梁男喝了一口沒有食物的清湯，突然嗆到，約10秒後開始嘔吐，鼻子和嘴巴吐出湯及不知名嘔吐物，宋男等人連忙幫他按摩，一旁的人撥打119求救，台中市消防局清泉消防分隊趕抵現場時，梁已沒呼吸、心跳，送醫仍回天乏術。中國醫藥大學附設醫院急診部主任陳維恭指出，光喝湯水造成嘔吐還導致窒息，情況相當少見，研判應是被嘔吐物阻塞呼吸道造成窒息，休克死亡。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
