過失傷害   告訴權在板大

(因為此條為告訴乃論)

只要板大親自去   證明沒傷就好

我想相關狀況   應該是有目擊者提告

看到版大摔倒   以為板大受傷

告發該司機肇事遺棄罪(刑法185-4)

所以警察就會偵辦

若板大真無受傷   只要去警局好好說明一下

一切無事

若板大真有傷   當然對方就有刑事責任

PS  就算對方無傷   那就要看狀況

不排除對方不會吃紅單
