夫門禁7點「關起來當狗養」　妻受不了准離

中市陳姓男子規定妻子晚上7點就要回家，只要妻子比他晚回家就破口大罵，罵妻「討客兄」、「把你關著當成狗養」，陳妻要求離婚，陳男又罵「要離婚拿錢來，不然聆北把你當成狗關起來」，陳妻無法忍受搬離家中，並訴請離婚。

台中地院審理期間，陳男均未出庭，法官認為，陳男用言語暴力罵妻，而妻子離家躲避，也未溝通，兩人都有過失，但陳男過失較大，因此判准離婚。至於，陳妻指陳男有外遇部份，因妻子未能舉證，法官未認定。
