【綜合報導】發生海上喋血案的蘇澳籍「特宏興368號」漁船，海巡署艦艇歷經9千公里、26天航程，昨將涉殺害漁船船長陳德生（54歲）、輪機長何昌琳（67歲）的9名印尼漁工及漁船押返蘇澳港，漁工下船遭憤怒家屬毆打，家屬們說：「殺人償命，希望判死罪」並要印尼公開道歉賠償，外交部司長何登煌表示全力協助家屬。

昨中午陳、何家屬帶著兩人遺照，出現在蘇澳港一號碼頭，情緒崩潰哭喊親人名字，船長大姊一度癱軟在地上，家屬要求「殺人償命，要真相」，因不滿印尼漁工的兇殘行徑，家屬痛毆下船的漁工，甚至扯掉漁工的褲子，情緒激憤。
