摩根投信併投顧 金管會准了

(中央社記者吳靜君台北21日電)金管會核准摩根投信申請合併摩根投顧，以提升資源整合與營運規模。

金融監督管理委員會核准摩根證券投資信託股份有限公司，申請合併摩根投資顧問股份有限公司案。

金管會表示，摩根投信與摩根投顧都屬於摩根大通集團（JPMorgan Chase & Co.）。基於整合整體資源，擴大營運規模及提升經營績效及競爭力，摩根投信吸收合併摩根投顧，由摩根投信為存續公司，摩根投顧為消滅公司，合併後存續公司仍為摩根投資信託股份有限公司。1020821
