宜蘭警方破獲24小時營業販毒集團

宜蘭與台北警方聯手破獲販賣二、三級毒品的販毒集團，逮捕六名嫌犯，起出K他命、搖頭丸、一粒眠等毒品。警方調查集團以租屋做為據點隨時供貨，宛如24小時營業超商。

宜蘭縣警局刑事警察大隊偵一隊，今年4月間偵破一件販賣K他命毒品案，向上追查毒品來源，得知貨源來自台北，販毒集團的貨源充裕，流通廣泛，遍及台北市士林、信義區一帶，集團以租屋處做為據點隨時供貨，宛如24小時營業超商；案經報請台灣士林地方法院由檢察官指揮偵辦並聲請核准通訊監察，加上跟監蒐證。

警方查出販毒集團以李姓男子為首，指揮成員擔任據點藥頭，彼此聯繫都用暗語，警方經過長達4個月蒐證，昨天在檢察官指揮下調集專案警力50名，持士林地方法院核發搜索票25張，地檢署簽發拘票20張，同步在台北市大安區、信義區、士林區、文山區、新北市蘆洲區等地執行拘提及搜索任務，查獲K他命1120公克、搖頭丸33顆、一粒眠43顆。
