大埔案 李鴻源：言論自由有一定底線

針對苗栗大埔拆遷抗爭案，內政部長李鴻源今上午出席潭美颱風災害應變中心時工作會報後，表示這幾年來的陳情、抗議案，出動大批員警站上第一線，他們被潑油漆、潑水，對士氣造成影響。民眾有表達自由的權利、在一定範圍內辦集會遊行的權利，但有一定底線。

李鴻源說，他認為縣市政府在執行區段徵收時，手法可以再討論，「不見得是法的問題」。他說，現在就談要廢除區段徵收法，「太因噎廢食了」。縣市政府有沒有告知民眾、權益是否被保障，他認為還有改善的空間。
