六堵新建案

最近經過六堵工業區時有看到一個新建案
六堵首席不曉得有沒有人有去看過這個建案
廣告戶是寫620萬起離百福跟七堵市場的距離都不遠
離百福跟七堵火車站也不遠不曉得這邊有啥需要注意的
因為上班都會經過此地想買房而附近的新房子又都開得頗高
只有這個建案比較低一點上品硯去看也要20~~美河新村也是18起跳
~~~福邦麗園也是20起跳好像大地遊龍也是這個建商興建的~~
不曉得有沒有人可以分享一下意見~~~
另外
此建案我有上去看過有分前後2面前面的景觀真的很棒(前提是不會蓋起來)
後面就面山了~~旁邊還有一間很大間的廟(六堵代天府)
620萬是面山的(大約30幾坪)~~~前面就40幾坪
樓下的售屋小姐對價錢也蠻硬的~~~~
