【李光濱／花蓮報導】花蓮縣政府印製的國中小作文簿、家庭聯絡簿及作業簿將在明天開學發放給學生，因每本都以縣長傅崐萁和學生合照當封面，引起家長不滿，PO臉書罵：「有夠狗腿，根本是造神！」還有網友挖苦「早年作業簿有蔣公，現在花蓮有什麼？」　

縣議員劉曉玫說，她服務處的電話被家長打爆「罵聲連連。」她說，縣府將「政治買票」魔爪伸入校園「可惡至極」，有如回到兩蔣時代「真的很可笑！」

縣府教育處下午回應表示，花蓮推動國中、小免費營養午餐及免學費政策，都是縣長美意，而印製作業簿、作文簿給學生，也是考慮部分偏遠地區學生購買作業簿不易，才統一印製，學生可以不必花一毛錢。至於封面印製縣長照片引起部分家長及民代反彈，若有不妥之處，縣府會虛心接受檢討改善，希望外界不要以「政治、選舉」過度聯想。
