【綜合報導】32歲的性侵慣犯施傑仁，前年以包養誘騙16歲少女，帶到賓館逼口交，少女不從，施男則羞辱：「我是妳的主人，妳就是我的小母狗。」除掌摑她還強迫她如「狗」趴著讓他性侵，再爬入浴室洗澡。新北地院認為施男屢犯性侵，此案還辯稱少女假借性交易勒索，可見絲毫未悔改，日前依對少女故意性交等罪判刑4年8月。
