侵吞資金 台灣永旺高層爆舞弊案

台灣永旺信用卡公司爆發公司高層舞弊案。金管會昨天表示，日本永旺集團總公司查獲台灣永旺涉嫌美化財務報表、以及內部人員侵吞資金等弊端，主動通報主管機關，全案仍在調查中。

據了解，永旺信用卡公司在日本成立30年，在亞洲發卡量超過2350萬張；2002年日商永旺來台設信用卡子公司，資本額9.55億台幣，永旺在台發行威士、萬事達、吉士美各品牌信用卡，到7月底流通卡量13.6萬張，規模不算大。

銀行局表示，台灣永旺高層舞弊金額有多少，還待調查。日本永旺總公司已經表明「負起全部責任」，並將提供充裕資金，以確保台灣永旺正常營運，確保持卡人及特約商店權益，不會受到任何影響。

日本永旺已經組成調查委員會，抵達台灣展開調查事宜，永旺總公司董事長前天也到銀行局報告。

銀行局要求日本永旺儘速提交完整調查報告，不排除撤換台灣子公司負責人，必要時，將涉案人員移送法辦。
