南投五育中學董事長捐百萬助幼童

南投市私立五育中學董事長黃添榮十五日在七十歲的生日宴中宣布，將捐出一千萬元，成立基金會，協助老人和幼童，讓老人和幼童得到較好的照顧。他現場先捐出一百萬元，給南投仁愛之家育幼院，作為增添設備之用。

黃添榮說，他的父親臨終時告訴他，「留下好的德行，比留下財富給子孫更有用」。父親的遺言，他一直謹記在心，並努力地實踐。「我也會把這句話，交代給兒孫，成為治家格言」。

黃添榮說，他要以二夫妻的名字，捐出一千萬元，成立「黃添榮、許淑英基金會」，用來幫助待援的老人和小孩。昨天他先捐出100萬元，幫助南投仁愛之家育幼院，日後育幼院興建「希望城堡」，需要烘焙、電腦或圖書等設備，他都會配合協助。
