請推薦2千以內的CPU散熱氣

這幾天我要組一台4930K的CPU電腦
想小超4.2G
都選好了，現在只差CPU風扇

我現在用的電腦是2600K
風扇是保銳的T40
感覺溫度還是有點高

所以這次想買好一點的

2千多的那種塔型風扇溫度會比較低嗎?
可是我想把CPU風扇往上吹
這樣煙囪效應感覺散熱比較好也比較安靜
我現在的2600K就是這樣
但塔型的沒法往上吹吧?
請問塔型的跟一般的差在那裡?
我看外觀都很像呀?

如果是2千以內的空冷風扇
有推薦的嗎?

有看到這幾款
CoolerMaster 212X
CoolerMaster Hyper N612
CoolerMaster TPC612

N612說是12根熱導管
會比TPC612散熱效果好嗎?
可是N612好像沒支援2011腳位的CPU
那有轉接架可以用嗎?
