Paypal帳戶限制與凍結

我有其他國家的Paypal帳戶。最近因為年度收款金額將達上限(其實也沒多少)，他們要求我提供ID影本等資料他們。第一我實在不想提供這類個資，加上我有使用其他平台的服務，想說索性停用這個帳戶好了。但因為現在帳戶已經被限制了，無法關閉，只能被動讓它凍結。

想請問的是，我可以把這個帳號擺到被凍結，之後就不理它嗎? 畢竟我沒有欠Paypal款項，也沒有什麼法律糾紛的問題(例如ebay買賣糾紛那種)。
