薄紗女負氣雨夜散心　狼拉暗巷性侵判7年

【綜合報導】桃園中壢市1名女子去年去年5月19日凌晨不滿男友沉迷網路遊戲，僅著性感薄紗睡衣，負氣衝到屋外，獨自在雨夜中行走，遭淫狼張茂富（43歲，毒品、竊盜前科）拖進暗巷，指插陰道性侵得逞，最高法院昨依強制性交罪，判張男7年徒刑定讞。

判決指出，張茂富騎著贓車在中壢街頭尋找獵物，抓她頭髮拖進暗巷，扯下內褲，一手摸胸、另一手手指插入陰道性侵。張男掏出陽具想硬上，但她掙扎抵抗，張男只好把陰莖塞在女子大腿間磨蹭，沒幾分鐘後突然問一句：「有沒有射到妳？」

張男射精後意猶未盡，繼續上下其手，女子為脫身，假意對張男說：「帶你回我家。」兩人走出暗巷時，遇到女子的男友沿路找她，女子大聲呼救，張男急忙騎車逃逸，警方依據監視器畫面，循線逮捕張男。
