陳為廷鞋Ｋ劉政鴻 警方主動偵辦

苗栗大埔「張藥房」老闆張森文9月18日落水身亡，苗栗縣長劉政鴻當晚到喪家準備致祭，不料在門口遭清華大學學生陳為廷丟鞋抗議，苗栗警方針對此事涉及妨害公務、公然侮辱罪嫌部分報請檢方指揮，主動展開偵辦，今天並對陳為廷發出刑事案件通知書，請他10月6日到案說明。

竹南警分局偵查隊表示，本案是警方針對當晚現場狀況主動進行調查，也已報請檢方指揮，其中妨害公務屬公訴罪，公然侮辱是告訴乃論，至於當事人劉縣長未來是否要提告，警方並不了解。

陳為廷傍晚在臉書po出此訊息，但他仍表明「不會到案」，將等苗栗地檢署的傳票通知，向檢察官說明。
