蘇貞昌：馬英九下台才是解決僵局的辦法

民進黨發言人王閔生今日轉述主席蘇貞昌說法指出，當前政治僵局根源在總統毀憲發動政爭，閣揆逾越憲政份際配合，不願認錯道歉，更指責國會。總統馬英九、行政院長江宜樺都不適任，馬應辭職下台，才是解決僵局最好辦法。

王閔生說，蘇貞昌認為，立法院開議至今，除了因江宜樺院長拒絕認錯，不肯為侮辱國會的不當言行道歉，而無法上台報告外，立法院該進行的議程持續進行，該審議的法案持續審議，該審查的審計長人事案也審查通過，

蘇貞昌說，今天朝野政黨也對明（103）年度的中央政府總預算案進行協商達成共識，將會付委審查，議事並無延宕，何來影響政務之說。
