改善借殼上市 金管會檢討

（中央社記者吳靜君台北3日電）金管會主委曾銘宗表示，月底前會檢討殼上市行為，加以改善。

金融監督管理委員會今天赴立法院財政委員會進行業務報告。

檢調偵辦胖達人麵包案疑衍生炒股情事，外界關心金管會對於基因國際炒股案的態度。

曾銘宗指出，確實近期有借殼上市公司發生不少弊端，月底會檢討借殼上市的改善措施。

曾銘宗表示，有些股票營運沒有很好就列警示股、全額交割股，營運沒有很好就讓它下市。他認為，營運不好、交易量也不好的股票，只是形式上的掛牌，如果沒有讓它下市，就容易成為借殼上市的標的。1021003
