下載A片竟自動散布　男辯不知情不起訴

【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆一名38歲王姓男子，在家利用分享軟體下載未成年少女的猥褻影片，沒想到分享軟體卻自動將下載在電腦內的影片分享出去，讓不少人也可以輕鬆下載猥褻影片，警方獲報依循IP位址查獲王男，依違反兒童及少年性交易防制法函送法辦。

王男坦承有下載影片存在自己電腦內，但他並不知道該軟體有自動分享功能。檢警後來發現，該軟體從王男電腦中，只有擷取5KB微量的檔案資料，且警方發現的猥褻影片，也不全是從王男電腦上傳或提供的，很難認定被告有散布犯意，全案偵結，不起訴處分。
