彩色路跑彩粉毒性如沒評估　環保署擬禁辦

【胡治言╱綜合報導】彩色路跑引發環保及健康疑慮，環保署昨表示，將修改《大型活動環境友善度管理指引》，明訂地方政府在活動前，應要求主辦單位對活動粉末、染料與色素進行毒性評估、甚至提檢驗報告，如主辦單位無法具體承諾，應禁止舉辦。

《蘋果》報導，上月底在北市大佳河濱公園舉辦的彩色路跑活動，因活動後彩色原料流入基隆河污染河川，引發環保爭議，還有民眾向新北市消保官投訴，指主辦單位將彩粉噴向人臉造成眼、鼻不適。立委王育敏更指採色路跑讓號稱「最快樂的5公里」變成「河川污染最嚴重的5公里」，要求環保署規範或禁止，環保署則表示，未來將修改指引，要求地方政府於此類活動申請時，需先評估色素毒性，甚至須提檢驗報告，如無法承諾就應禁止舉辦。
