迎接全球資金大退潮，誰準備好了策退場後所造成的衝擊。

IMF 7日發布報告指出，非常規貨幣政策功在協助美國、歐洲、日本乃至全球經濟復甦，但當這些政策開始轉進、退居幕後時，難免會對金融市場造成不穩。儘管超寬鬆貨幣政策退場的時機還未確定，但全球國家都應先早一步做好準備。

IMF與世界銀行秋季年會將在本週召開，IMF總裁拉加德(Christine Lagarde)3日曾表示，全球經濟正在進行大規模調整，市場波動加劇將導致新興市場經濟成長率損失0.5至1個百分點。她建議貨幣貶值、流動性管制或放寬貨幣政策將有助於減緩政策過渡期間內市場的波動。
