美預算危機可能有解 亞洲油價反彈

由於美國白宮日前召開國會兩黨領袖會議，可望突破預算案僵局，使得亞洲市場油價於今天(10日)回升。

根據今早盤中交易，紐約11月交割西德州中級原油(West Texas Intermediate)期貨上升7美分，報每桶101.68美元，而北海布倫特原油(Brent North Sea)11月交割期貨亦上揚7美分，報每桶109.13美元。

由於最新美國原油存量報告顯示，原油意外增加680萬桶，使得西德州中級原油和北海布倫特原油於紐約時間9日分別下滑1.88美元和1.1美元，但分析師認為，華府情勢的發展仍是關鍵因素。

美國總統歐巴馬9日與眾議院民主黨員會談，並邀請其他議員至白宮，商討造成政府部分關門的預算案歧見。

可能解決方案包括通過短期政府預算案及短期調高債限，但目前並無任何共識。

美國若無法在10月17日前提高舉債上限，政府便無力償債所欠債務，分析師警告這恐將使全球經濟再度陷入蕭條。

DBS銀行表示，「目前仍不清楚白宮和共和黨是否會達成協議，同意通過持續運作決議案或提高聯邦債限；現在看來，只要兩黨擱置刪除歐巴馬健保的要求，持續運作決議案便有可能通過，並朝著削減支出的方向協商。」
