江宜樺批不肖廠商 挺邱文達

行政院長江宜樺上午表示，黑心油事件是不肖業者造假欺騙社會大眾，並非衛福部長邱文達推動的政策有錯，邱文達盡心盡力全力稽查，他肯定邱文達的辛勞。

江宜樺說，衛福部以推動油安行動政策，要求業者在10月底前聯合切結，11月1日起一周，衛福部將展開全面檢驗，11月8日後若再有標示不實，將直接移送檢調處理，並以最高罰鍰處分業者。他希望透過這個方式，從根本建立安全制度。
