高振利現身遭民眾嗆聲　10億不法所得恐被沒收

大統爆出黑心油爭議，包含占了出貨量一半以上的沙拉油，同樣添加的不可食用的棉籽油，大統油品董座高振利在神隱一周後，終於現身，但被退貨民眾嗆聲痛罵。

高振利在事發初期，還堅稱自己沒錯，但隨著事證愈來愈多，他則「病了」，蒸發整整一週。22日，他終於向檢警坦承會在其他物料價格高時，混充低價棉籽油，以降低成本。

衛生局資料顯示，這些產品有大統沙拉油、大統不飽和ADE健康沙拉油、大統不飽和健康沙拉油，大統精品維他命蔬菜精華健康油。

彰化縣衛生局目前開罰的總額為2860萬元，皆是針對違反食品衛生管理法的部分，如果加上詐欺罪罰則，可能會更高。消基會呼籲應以最高標準開罰，如全部都以最高標準開罰，最多可罰2.1億元。檢方更試圖將高振利的10億所得全部沒收。
