基期因素 M1B年增率降

央行公布九月M1B年增率降為8.05%，央行表示，主要是上年同期股市交易活絡，比較基期較高，加上本月部份活期性存款轉存外匯存款所致。

根據央行統計，九月M1B日平均13.03兆，續創新高，但年增率則自上月的8.31%降至8.05%。央行經研處副處長陳一端表示，由於去年同期股市活絡，日均量由去年八月758億增加到九月的853億，比較基期較高，加上本月部份活期性存款轉至外匯存款所致，九月下旬銀行調升人民幣存款利率，可能吸引部份資金進入。本月M2年增率上升至5.54%，主要是銀行放款與投資成長擴增及外資呈淨匯入所致。九月外資淨匯入38.5億美元。
