奈及利亞教堂踩踏事件 至少17人死亡

政府發言人表示，奈及利亞東部地區一座教堂，2日發生教徒推擠演變為踩踏事件，至少有17人死亡，數十人受傷。

根據當地媒體報導，奈及利亞東部諾克普(Nkpor)的聖多米尼奇天主教教堂(St Dominic's Catholic Church)，2日清晨6點(台灣時間下午1點)在教徒結束守夜禱告儀式後，突然發生推擠事件，最後演變成人群互相踩踏的不幸。根據媒體報導，死亡人數比政府所說的17人更多，可能有多達28人喪生。

目前還不清楚事件發生的原因。
