富味鄉混油 旗下芝麻醬GMP不撤

根據經濟部目前的統計資料顯示，問題油品自10月爆發至今，只有大統長基公司油品被撤銷其GMP認證，至於福懋和味全油品，經濟部仍在等地方衛生單位作出歇業處分後，才能撤銷其GMP認證。

另外，先前爆發油品摻用棉籽油的富味鄉公司，旗下芝麻醬擁有GMP認證，經濟部之前曾說GMP規定不得違反食品衛生相關法令，一旦主管機關衛福部對富味鄉做出勒令歇業處分，經濟部就會撤銷其認證；不過，因衛福部至今沒有進一步動作，經濟部也認定油品和芝麻醬分屬不同品項，因此無法撤銷富味鄉其他產品的GMP標章。
