威脅PO性感照　迫外拍女模伴遊

新北市1名大賣場洪姓員工日前在臉書上冒名女粉絲「張玉玲」，威脅范姓外拍女模伴遊，否則就散布女模清涼照，女模赴約後察覺有異，向警局報案才發現，一切都是洪男自導自演，基隆地方法院判決洪男拘役八十天。

據《蘋果日報》報導，具恐嚇前科的洪男去年在汽車旅館替范姓女模拍攝性感內衣照時，喜歡上范女，事後猛烈追求狂打電話，范女深感困擾封鎖來電。但洪男仍不死心，數月前冒名女粉絲「張玉玲」，持去年拍攝的內衣照威脅范女出遊，否則就散布清涼照片。

范女擔心男友看到清涼照不高興，在5月份與洪男見面，洪男還假意安慰以博取好感。但隔天范女又收到張玉玲威脅伴遊，不堪其擾決定報警。洪男聽聞後驚慌不已，讓范女心生疑竇，懷疑是共犯。

警方調查張玉玲IP，發現竟與洪男一致，追問之下，洪男坦承為了接近范女才一人分飾兩角。法官認為第一次威脅范女出遊已涉及強制罪，第二次雖未得逞，但仍涉強制未遂罪，基隆地方法院判決洪男拘役80天，得易科罰金8萬元。
