基市昱帝嶺食物中毒　歇業2天明恢復營業

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市信一路上「昱帝嶺餐廳」，前天驚傳19人食物中毒，遭衛生局稽查後勒令停業，並要求將廚房環境及設備衛生改善才能恢復營業。今天下午5時許，衛生局人員前往複查，包括冰箱溫度設定管理、刀具砧板消毒、生魚片食材丟棄均全面改善，明天恢復營業。
 
昱帝嶺餐廳林姓經理表示：「平時食材品管很嚴謹！」對於食物中毒事件，當天前往病患家慰問給予3600元不等的壓驚紅包，也會付擔所有醫療費用，關於事後食品檢驗報告的法律責任，林經理表示會全面配合衛生局調查。
