拒絕不當交易 索馬利亞央行行長辭職

上任不滿兩月的索馬利亞央行女行長阿布拉爾已辭職，外交官表示，面對要求她授權進行不當交易的壓力，阿布拉爾選擇辭職。她的離職，對提供巨額援助的外國捐贈者是一大打擊，也讓承諾將提高國庫管理的政府大感尷尬。

之前，聯合國的團體指控索國央行貪汙腐敗，但為政府否認。內戰長達廿年的索國，政府的管轄範圍大致僅限於首都摩加迪休，且政府歲收來源極少，泰半仰賴外援。

一名高級外交官說，阿布拉爾辭職令捐贈者不安，表示唯有公共財政管理變得乾淨，經濟才能復甦。（路透）
