ipad 2 無法拍照 版本已更新最新版

昨天老媽突然跟我說他的ipad2 無法拍照!
故障的狀況是,一開啟相機切換至前鏡頭正常可拍,但只要一切換到背後鏡頭就整個黑畫面
而且就整個當掉了(我指的當掉是無法調拍照或是錄影)
請問這是那裏出問題嗎?
重開機也一樣...
