聯合國四日宣布，因敘利亞內戰而流離失所的敘國人口增加百分之卅。聯合國人道主義事務協調員瓦萊麗‧阿莫斯告訴安理會，敘國有六百五十萬人逃離家園，且有九百卅萬人需要外界援助方能存活。（法新社）
