出席檢評會約詢 陳守煌微笑不語

台高檢檢察長陳守煌因為關說案成為檢察官評鑑委員會的被評鑑人，今天下午5點他按照約詢時間出席，對於媒體詢問同樣不發一語，但面帶微笑以及微微點頭。

而今天上午也針對對檢察官林秀濤和以證人身分接受檢評會詢問的特偵組檢察官鄭深元進行詢問，林秀濤的部分還在等陳守煌陳述後一併釐清，而鄭深元的部分則主要針對他在偵辦關說案的起因、取證及心證過程，是否有違檢察官辦案守則和檢察官倫理規範。

檢評會接下來將針對洩密案，在10號約詢檢察總長黃世銘，並將在了解相關陳述後，再決定是否約詢總統馬英九和行政院長江宜樺；接著在24號，還會再約詢另一位偵辦關說案的特偵組檢察官楊榮宗。
