逃逸印勞遭查獲　老闆發千元紅包「壓驚」

【黃仲明／新北報導】「對不起，老闆沒保護好你們！」今天中午12時許，移民署新北市專勤隊接獲線報，聯合新北市政府勞工局等單位前往新北市樹林區博愛路上的一家電子零件工廠，果然在現場查獲14名印尼籍逃逸外勞，老闆趕回工廠後，難過地跟外勞相擁而泣。
 
51歲的陳姓雇主收到通知後趕回工廠，見到14名逃逸外勞被抓，當場坦承2個星期前透過一名仲介雇用這些外勞，主要是從事電子零件組裝工作，月收入2萬元左右。隨後陳男轉向外勞，自責地說「對不起，老闆沒能保護好你們，害你們被抓！」並與外勞相擁而泣，外勞被帶走時，還每人發放1千元現金「壓驚」。
 
移民署新北市專勤隊表示，陳男因違反就業服務法，將面臨15至75萬元的罰鍰、並負擔外勞收容及返國相關費用，得不償失。
