請問大家關於網購的退貨退款部分，事情經過是這樣的：

我在東京著衣購物收到商品後，在七日鑑賞期內主動與商家的客服聯繫要求退款，

當時客服人員告知我先將商品以ＳＥＶＥＮ貨到付款的郵寄方式寄回，後續會再專

人通知接下來的程序，但寄出三天後仍無任何消息便與線上客服發問，客服說明是

因系統正在更新整合，待系統更新整合後，專員會在去信告知後續處理流程，之後

又仍無消息，到今天為止兩個多禮拜內，期間來回經歷過數次問答，後來客服人員

提出須寫＂折讓單＂一事，想請問為何需要寫折讓單？因有朋友曾經網購過也退貨

過，並無聽說或者經歷過要寫折讓單的。
