劉陽柳赴台北海院授課

中華貨物通關自動化協會常務理事劉陽柳應聘台北海洋技術學院海空物流與行銷系兼任講師，由系主任蔡絢麗頒發聘書。劉陽柳表示，海關在今年九月二日實施出口貨物預報通關作業，由原來EDI電子資料交換，改用XML延伸性標示語言，最重要目的是與世界接軌，也是新的業務，將授課四年級的應屆畢業生此一學程，並感謝士通資訊公司免費安裝報關即用系統給學生練習。劉陽柳將從商業發票、裝箱單、訂艙、進倉、連絡單、通關作業流程等實作教起。
