洪仲丘案！桃院裁定范佐憲等3名被告交保

桃園地院5日開庭審理陸軍下士洪仲丘禁閉虐死案，認為旅長何江忠、連長徐信正、上士范佐憲已無串證之虞，裁定何江忠50萬、徐信正25萬、范佐憲40萬交保候傳，並且限制住居、限制出境。 洪仲丘在退伍前，因遭長官惡整關禁閉，之後更因不當管教，導致洪仲丘在退伍前3天不幸猝死軍中，引發全台社會關注。軍檢一共起訴18名相關被告，該案移交至桃園地院審理。 桃園地院認為何江忠、徐信正、范佐憲3人，已無串證滅證的可能，剛剛裁定交保，並且限制住居、限制出境。
