請教 樓下開餐廳 共同管道間 會飄味道!

住了10多的的公寓 最近重新翻修 剛完工沒多久 一樓說要開火鍋店(沙茶火鍋) 開在巷弄裡我不知道他在想什麼
目前煩惱的點在 廁所有共同管道間 所以樓下施工期間 菸味 油漆味 吸力控 的味道 都會再廁所聞到 如果不關門 還會飄進房間內 實在很苦惱 而且等正式開頁我想我會瘋掉吧!
想請教有經驗的朋友怎麼處理?是放除臭的還是有其他方法?
