高雄市免洗餐具林姓老闆娘命案，雲林地檢署今天中午代理高雄地檢署對死者進行解剖，查明真正死因，至於是否曾遭性侵，檢方表示，必須採樣送驗才能確定。

林姓老闆娘好心收留曾入獄的周姓男子，因周男偷錢，便報警將他開除，但周男懷恨在心，本月三日潛入倉庫勒死老闆娘，再開車載到雲林崙背鄉的阿勸橋邊棄屍。

警方逮捕周男後昨天找到屍體，因死者下半身赤裸、雙手捆綁，不排除曾遭性侵，雲林地檢署受託今天中午在虎尾惠來公墓對死者進行解剖，查明死因。

雲林地檢署主任檢察官郭志明說，是否遭性侵必須採樣送驗才能確定，至於死因，雲林地檢署只是受託代驗，不便發表意見。到場的死者家屬也不願多說。
