不滿扁移監踹破門 法務部撤告

今年四月十九日，阿扁從台北移監台中培德病監，民進黨十餘名立法委員不滿闖法務部興師問罪，其中立委邱議瑩涉踹壞法務部長室大門案，前部長曾勇夫提告毀損、公然侮辱、侮辱公署。法務部本月一日撤告。北檢今對邱涉及毀損部分處不起訴；公然侮辱、侮辱公署部分簽結。

部長羅瑩雪說，社會對於此事的是非對錯已有公評，「和氣生財」、「事情要往前看」不想因此影到行政院、立法院兩院和諧，「經與次長討論後撤告，強調撤告與預算案無關。
