企圖性侵被逮　辯「之前摸胸沒事」

【盧麗蓮／綜合報導】27歲的陳姓男子覬覦41歲中國籍離婚婦美色，今年8月間到婦人住處聊天，離開後又以手機充電器為由上門，見婦人洗完澡只穿睡衣，企圖性侵，婦人和陳男拉扯10多分鐘後，趁陳男上廁所時外出求救。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，陳男當時恐嚇「再反抗，對妳不利」，婦人仍激烈反抗，導致四肢、胸部等處多處受傷，陳男改要求幫忙「打手槍」，婦人趁男上廁所時急奔求救。陳男一開始否認企圖性侵，還辯「之前我摸她胸部都沒怎樣」，檢方逼問之下，陳才坦承犯行。台北地檢署依強制性交未遂和恐嚇罪嫌起訴陳。
