騙女團員同房性侵　中國導遊遭訴

【賴又嘉／台北報導】中國籍導遊郭鵬超(33歲)，今年9月18日以超低團費1000元人民幣，招攬1名年輕貌美的同鄉女團員來台環島，郭男覬覦該女美色，還刻意安排女團員與他同房，並以訂房困難、要另補差額為由，說服女子和他同房。
 
女子因房內有兩張床，心想將就一晚，沒想到洗澡後竟發現，郭男將兩張床併在一起，還來不及反應，就遭郭男抱上床強脫衣物，用手指性侵。
 
由於被害人早與台籍黃姓男性友人約好外出逛街，黃男在飯店大廳始終等不到被害人，透過飯店人員敲門查看，郭男見犯行曝光，拒絕開門僵持達40分鐘，飯店只好破門而入，報警處理。北檢今依強制性交、妨害自由等罪，將郭男起訴。
