酒駕撞死機車騎士 肇逃被查獲

26歲蔡姓男子昨天下午參加喜宴後酒駕，在苗栗縣苑裡鎮一處路口與機車相撞，騎車的張姓男子送醫不治，車禍發生時，他駕車載妻子逃離現場，未下車查看，路人騎車追趕記下車號，警方隨後將他查獲，依過失致死、公共危險、肇事逃逸罪嫌追究刑責，檢方上午相驗，以10萬元交保。

警方調查，蔡姓男子駕駛母親的轎車，警方追查時，蔡母護子心切，一度聲稱是她開車，後又推說丈夫、媳婦開的，警方查覺有異，提出相關事證，終於查出肇事的是蔡姓男子。
